Right To Refuse Service

I maintain the right to refuse services to anyone for any reason. I am not obligated to provide a reason for denial or justification for my choice.

General

The Basics

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to all of the terms listed on this website as well as any additional terms discussed between you as the client and myself.

  • By commissioning me, you are agreeing that you are over 18 or have parental permission to purchase a commission from me, and you agree to all charges discussed between commissioner and artist.

  • I will work off of anything from a reference sheet to a detailed description

  • Please be aware when commissioning me that I am chronically ill and neurodivergent so I may misunderstand things or take a little longer to complete a commission, but all art will be done to the best of my ability and I will do my best to ensure complete satisfaction for you.

  • My work is not to be used for any generative AI purposes

What I Will Draw

  • Anthro, furry, and feral characters

  • Open and closed species

  • Armor, robots, and mecha

  • Humans/Humanoids

  • I am willing to attempt drawing almost anything, so please don't hesitate to ask me about a specific commission!

What I Will Not Draw

  • Racist, sexist, or anti-LGBTQIA+ content

  • NSFW

  • Killing/Violence

  • Zoophilia, Necrophilia, and any other illegal -philia

  • Fetish pieces

Copyrights

  • The rights as the author of the Artwork remain with the Artist

  • The Artist has the right to: Post and share the Artwork or parts of it on any media platform.

  • The Client may request the Artwork to remain private, in which case the Artist will not post the Artwork.

  • the artist may use the Artwork for self-promotional purposes, such as in commission posts or graphics; unless specifically requested not to

  • The Client retains all intellectual rights to the subjects or the characters depicted in the Artwork

The Client May

  • Repost and use the Artwork online with credit to the Artist.

  • Create prints of the Artwork for personal use only.

  • Crop the Artwork.

  • If posting an edited Artwork, the Client should state that the Artwork has been edited along with credit to the artist. Editing Artwork can include, cropping the image & using photographic editing. It does NOT include changing the Artwork yourself.

  • Changing the Artwork in any other way not discussed prior or removing the Artist's signature is a breach of these terms of service.

Payment

Payment Plans

  • The Client may request a Payment Plan for any Commission above the price of $150.

  • The Payment Plan can be settled to accommodate individual needs.

  • Failure to meet the agreed Payment Plan may lead to the Artist terminating the Commission without a refund of earlier payments. In case of termination, the Client will receive the unfinished Artwork as is.

General

  • Payment is required after the sketch is approved at the latest unless a payment plan is discussed as above, and work will not continue until payment has been made in full.

  • Payment will be made through paypal, via invoice or paypal.me website.

  • The Client may cancel the Commission only before any payments have been made; any cancellations made after payment may receive a partial refund based on status of the commission.

  • Under normal circumstances, the Artist will not guarantee any strict deadlines.

Rush-Fees

  • In case the Client needs the Commission to be completed within a certain near date, they may ask for the possibility of a Rush Commission.

  • Default Rush Fee is $20 + 20% of the original price of the Commission.

  • The time of completion of a Rush Commission is settled prior to Payment.

  • If the Artist fails to meet the deadline of a Rush Commission, the Client may request a partial refund based on the status of the commission
